Grapefruit salad with crème fraîche, pine nuts, flaky sea salt and olive oil. Have you ever salted grapefruit before?! It actually brings out more of the flavor in the grapefruit and is super tasty. Grapefruit salad with crème fraîche, pine nuts, flaky sea salt and olive oil
- 1 grapefruit
- 2-3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- flaky sea salt and pepper
- Peel grapefruit and then try and slice off as much of the white rind as possible. Slice into rounds.
- Add pine nuts to a skillet on medium/low heat moving around so they dont burn. Cook until they’re browned.
- Add crème fraîche to a plate and top with grapefruit. Add pine nuts, sea salt and olive oil. Enjoy!
