Grapefruit salad with crème fraîche, pine nuts, flaky sea salt and olive oil

- 1 grapefruit
- 2-3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- flaky sea salt and pepper
Peel grapefruit and then try and slice off as much of the white rind as possible. Slice into rounds.
Add pine nuts to a skillet on medium/low heat moving around so they dont burn. Cook until they’re browned.
Add crème fraîche to a plate and top with grapefruit. Add pine nuts, sea salt and olive oil. Enjoy!
