Chili crunch butter corn avocado toast with heirloom tomatoes
- 1 ear of corn
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chili crunch
- bread of choice
- 3 slices of heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- Preheat oven to 375. Slice corn off the cob and add to a cocotte or small oven safe dish. Add butter and chili crunch. Bake for about 5 min and then stir. Bake for another 4-5 min or until corn is tender
- Coat bread in olive oil and cook about 2-3 min per side in a skillet.
- Slice tomato and avocado and add to bread. Top with the chili corn Enjoy!
