Homemade Jerusalem bagel with tzatziki and eggs is a weekend brunch must!

This breakfast treat is sure to become a weekend staple of mine! This is a homemade Jerusalem bagel with tzatziki, soft scrambled eggs, green olives and feta. It truly doesn’t get better than this — so many flavor profiles!! Jerusalem bagels are baked instead of boiled, and have a more elongated shape. They are also slightly sweeter than a regular bagel. I had a delicious one at K’Far and decided to make the kickassbaker recipe at home for the Jerusalem bagel. Once you’ve made your bagel, you’ll spread the creamy tzatziki sauce onto the surface, which perfectly complements the doughy richness . Then add the velvety texture of soft scrambled eggs, gently folded and piled high on the bagel. Sprinkled generously over the eggs are vibrant green olives, their briny bite adding a burst of savory goodness to each mouthful. And let’s not forget about the crumbled feta cheese!! The creamy saltiness balances out the other flavors. Treat yourself to this extraordinary breakfast delight and experience the magic for yourself. Whether you enjoy it leisurely at home or share it with loved ones, one thing is for sure: once you try this homemade Jerusalem bagel with tzatziki you’ll never look at breakfast the same way again.
