I started drizzling it on everything, and one day, a grilled cheese with creamy goat cheese and shredded mozzarella became the perfect go-to lunch.

  • 2 Slices of sourdough bread
  • 6 oz Goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Hot honey or regular for less heat
  • Fresh basil
  • Red pepper flakes optional
