

Apple and hot honey burrata toast
Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- Olive oil for toasting
- 1/4 of a ball of burrata (depending on how big the ball is)
- 1/2 of a sliced apple (I believe this is a honey crisp)
- 4-5 hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- Drizzle of hot honey
Instructions
- Coat bread evenly with olive oil and toast 2-3min per side on medium heat in a skillet.
- Spread burrata on bread and then top with sliced apple, hazelnuts and hot honey. Enjoy!
