Preheat oven to 375. Slice corn off the cob and add to a cocotte or small oven safe dish. Add butter and chili crunch. Bake for about 5 min and then stir. Bake for another 4-5 min or until corn is tender
Coat bread in olive oil and cook about 2-3 min per side in a skillet.
Slice tomato and avocado and add to bread. Top with the chili corn Enjoy!
