Chili crunch butter corn avocado toast with heirloom tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 ear of corn
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chili crunch
  • EVOO
  • bread of choice
  • 3 slices of heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375. Slice corn off the cob and add to a cocotte or small oven safe dish. Add butter and chili crunch. Bake for about 5 min and then stir. Bake for another 4-5 min or until corn is tender
  • Coat bread in olive oil and cook about 2-3 min per side in a skillet.
  • Slice tomato and avocado and add to bread. Top with the chili corn Enjoy!
