Pomegranate & pistachio crostinis with ricotta and prosciutto
Ingredients
- Baguette
- prosciutto
- Pomegranate
- Pistachios
- EVOO + more for toasting bread
- Hot honey
- Ricotta cheese
Instructions
- Slice baguette and coat in olive oil. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 min per side or until they get golden brown.
- Add Pomegranate and pistachios to a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil and hot honey. Stir to coat.
- Add ricotta to crostinis and then add a piece of prosciutto to each. Top with pistachio mixture. Drizzle everything with more hot honey. Enjoy!
