Pear avocado toast with feta, hazelnuts and balsamic glaze

This pear avocado toast is the perfect sweet and savory combo!

Avocado toast has become somewhat of a breakfast staple, but why settle for the ordinary when you can elevate it to new heights? Say hello to my latest creation: Pear Avocado Toast with Feta, Crushed Hazelnuts, and Balsamic Glaze. You’ve got your perfectly ripe avocado, all creamy and delicious, spread over a nice toasted piece of bread to kick off this meal. But here’s where things get interesting. Instead of stopping there, I decided to get a little adventurous and add some slices of juicy pear on top. Trust me, it’s a game-changer. The combo of creamy avocado and sweet pear is like a flavor explosion in your mouth. This was my first time trying pear on avocado toast and it was a great mix of sweet and savory. But wait, there’s more! We’ve got crumbled feta cheese for a bit of tanginess and crushed hazelnuts for that satisfying crunch. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze that ties everything together perfectly. It’s sweet, it’s savory, and it’s downright delicious. The balsamic, feta, and hazelnuts add so much flavor as well.
