Balsamic Pear Avocado Toast with Feta & Hazelnuts

Ingredients

Bread of choice

Ripe pear
▢
Lemon juice
▢
Avocado
▢
Olive oil
▢
Hazelnuts
▢
Balsamic glaze
▢
Feta crumbles
▢
Red pepper flakes
▢
Sea salt
▢
Pepper
Instructions
Add avocado to a bowl and combine with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, olive oil and lemon juice. Mash until smooth.
Coat bread in olive oil and cook in a pan for about 2-3 min per side. Add avocado to bread.
Slice pears and crush hazelnuts. Add on top of avocado mash. Top with feta crumbles and balsamic glaze.
