Jalapeño Poppers 3 ways

These are my cheesy jalapeño poppers served 3 ways and I swear they are a hit every single time I make them. All the poppers are stuffed with a cheesy combo of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar, Havarti and Asiago, and wrapped with either prosciutto, bacon or a sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs.

The Deets:
These are my irresistible cheesy jalapeño poppers served in three delicious ways, and I promise they are a hit every single time I make them. Each jalapeño is stuffed with a creamy, savory mixture of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar, Havarti, and Asiago cheeses, creating the perfect gooey center. Then, they’re wrapped and finished to perfection with your choice of prosciutto, crispy bacon, or a crunchy panko breadcrumb topping. To elevate the flavors even further, I paired each variety with its own dipping sauce: the prosciutto poppers are served with a sweet and tangy pepper jelly, the bacon-wrapped poppers with a cool, creamy ranch, and the breadcrumb-topped ones with a zesty, spicy marinara sauce.

While these poppers might look like they took hours to make, they’re surprisingly quick and easy, requiring just a handful of ingredients and a little prep time. They’re the perfect addition to any game day spread, dinner party, or casual gathering with friends and family. Trust me, these are worth bookmarking for your next event—you’ll be the star of the show with these cheesy, flavorful bites! If you enjoyed these check out more game-day bites here.
