Preheat oven to 375. Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove all the seeds.
Making the cheesy filling by combining cream cheese, grated Vermont Sharp Cheddar, Havarti and Asiago to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Spoon the cheese mixture into each of the jalapeños. Depending on which dressings you're doing, wrap with either a half slice of prosciutto, bacon, or a sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 13-15 min or until crispy, bubbly and golden brown. Serve with whatever toppings you like, and that’s it! Enjoy!
