  • stale or hard bread broken into bite-sized pieces
  • enough EVOO to coat bread
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 big pinch of flaky salt
  • pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400. Break bread into bite sized pieces and add to a bowl 
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oregano to bowl. Coat bread in olive oil and then transfer to a baking sheet
  • Bake for about 7-10 min or until golden brown. Remove and let cool 
  • Add to a food processor and blend until they turn into breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
