Burrata avocado toast with a chili parmesan crisp. I made these chili parm chips a few weeks ago as a snack, but they’re also fab on toast. Also can’t go wrong with burrata and avocado.
Here’s how to make it:
Burrata avocado toast with a chili parmesan crisp
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- A little chili pepper
- 1/2 an avocado
- Bread of choice
- Olive oil a squeeze of lemon
- Sea salt and pepper
- preheat oven to 400.
- Line parchment paper on a baking sheet and add a heaping tablespoon of parmesan. Add a little scoop of chili and then top with a little more parmesan. Repeat for as many as you want.
- Cook for about 3-5 min or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile coat bread in olive oil and cook for 2-3 min per side. Add burrata and sliced avocado. Season with sea salt, pepper and lemon juice. Top with chili parmesan crisp. Enjoy!
