The Deets

Roasted Balsamic Radishes with Baked Goat Cheese is a simple yet elegant appetizer, perfect for dinner parties, gatherings, or even an intimate night in. This dish combines roasted earthy sweetness and baked goat cheese’s creamy indulgence, all tied together with a tangy, slightly spicy balsamic glaze. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also incredibly easy to make, making it an ideal choice for hosting. Begin by washing and trimming the radishes, then whisk together a quick glaze of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, balsamic reduction, red pepper flakes, and Dijon mustard.  I love a balsamic reduction like this one. While the radishes roast, shape the goat cheese into a ball, coat it in olive oil and breadcrumbs, and after the radishes begin to caramelize, place the goat cheese alongside them. Return to the oven until they are tender and the goat cheese is golden brown. Serve warm for a visually stunning and delicious dish that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser This dish comes together so quickly and is just simply delicious! Check out more appetizer ideas here.
