Make sauce: Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, balsamic reduction, red pepper flakes, dijon mustard
Coat radishes in glaze and bake on 425 for 8min.
Meanwhile make the goat cheese. Form goat cheese into a ball and coat in olive oil, followed by breadcrumbs.
After 10 min remove radishes and add goat cheese onto the dish with radishes. Bake for another 7 min or when radishes are tender and goat cheese is golden brown. Enjoy
