This Anchovy Radish Butter Toast is full of so much flavor!

Anchovy Radish Butter Toast is a striking blend of creamy, crunchy, and briny elements that delivers big flavor in a simple format. A thick slice of toasted bread is slathered with whipped butter infused with finely chopped anchovies, creating a rich, savory base. Thinly sliced radishes are layered on top, adding crisp texture and a peppery bite that cuts through the butter’s richness.
This toast is both elegant and rustic, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or light lunch. The balance of salty anchovies, cool radish, and creamy butter makes each bite refreshing yet indulgent. Finished with a sprinkle of sea salt or fresh herbs, it’s a modern, elevated twist on traditional buttered toast.
