Homemade breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- stale or hard bread broken into bite-sized pieces
- enough EVOO to coat bread
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 big pinch of flaky salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Break bread into bite sized pieces and add to a bowl
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oregano to bowl. Coat bread in olive oil and then transfer to a baking sheet
- Bake for about 7-10 min or until golden brown. Remove and let cool
- Add to a food processor and blend until they turn into breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
