This Smoked Salmon BLT melt is cheesy, spicy, smoky and the perfect indulgent sandwich to level up your lunch routine.

This Smoked Salmon BLT melt takes everything you love about a classic BLT and gives it a rich, melty twist. Similar to tuna salad, this smoked salmon is turned into a creamy salad and then gets layered with crispy bacon, tomato, arugula and melty cheese. It’s the perfect mix of smoky, savory, crisp, and fresh, making it feel like the ideal lunch upgrade or an easy dinner sandwich.

What makes this sandwich so good is the way the smoked Salmon plays off the bacon and tomato, while the melted cheese brings everything together into one cozy bite. Adding the romaine after toasting keeps the lettuce crisp and fresh, which balances the richness and gives you that familiar BLT feel with a more elevated twist.

I love to use Fishwife Smoked Salmon for this, because I think their flavor and quality is really unparalleled.
