This truffle butter prosciutto sandwich is the perfect weekend treat.

The Deets:
This truffle butter prosciutto sandwich is my little tribute to an unforgettable cafe experience I had during my vacation last week at @persephonebakery. Their food was so incredible that I couldn’t resist recreating one of my favorite dishes at home—and of course, I had to share it with all of you!
For my version, I decided to make my own truffle butter by simply mixing a bit of truffle oil into softened butter. It turned out to be such an easy yet genius way to infuse rich, earthy truffle flavor into the sandwich. Then, I layered it all together with some fresh, peppery arugula, sweet and tangy peppadews, and perfectly thin, salty slices of prosciutto. Each bite was a delicious balance of savory, tangy, and fresh flavors, all tied together with that luscious truffle butter.
If you’re a fan of truffle or just looking to elevate your sandwich game, you have try this recipe. Let me know if you decide to make it, leave a comment if you do. Trust me, once you try this, it might just become your new go-to sandwich. Enjoy! If you enjoyed this, check out more sandwich ideas here.
Here’s how to make it:
One caveat: I am sure there are better/more legit ways to make truffle butter, but personally this was super easy and tasted great. So I’ll leave that up to you!
