Here is a healthy lunch idea for ya: spicy hummus wrap with pickled veggies and @traderjoes everything bagel seasoning. I always make this wrap when I need a reset because it’s very healthy but the pickled veggies and hummus give it so much flavor and I’m super full after. 

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients

  • Sabra supremely spicy hummus 
  • Sliced bell pepper
  • Spinach
  • Carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • Pickles
  • Pickled veggies or banana peppers
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Onions, sliced
  • Trader Joes everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Whole wheat wrap

Instructions

  • Add hummus to your wrap. You can make this the Tiktok viral way or as a regular wrap. Slice all your veggies and add to the wrap.
  • Top with Everything but the bagel seasoning and wrap however you wish. Enjoy!
