Spicy Salmon Crudo with Fried Capers
Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon sushi grade
- 1/3 cup capers
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp chili crisp You can add more if you want to up the slice
- 1/2 shallot
- Fry oil
Instructions
- Add fry oil to a small skillet. Pat capers dry. When oil is hot, add capers and cook for about 3 min or until capers start to pop and brown slightly. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
- Thinly slice fish and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with good olive oil and lemon juice. Thinly slice shallots and lay over top. Drizzle of chili crisp and top with the crispy capers. Enjoy!
