This Spicy Salmon Crudo with Fried Capers, is light, fresh and perfect for a hot summer day. This appetizer only has a few ingredients, takes less than 10 minutes and is a crowd pleaser.

Instructions
Add fry oil to a small skillet. Pat capers dry. When oil is hot, add capers and cook for about 3 min or until capers start to pop and brown slightly. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
Thinly slice fish and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with good olive oil and lemon juice. Thinly slice shallots and lay over top. Drizzle of chili crisp and top with the crispy capers. Enjoy!
