Spicy chili bacon jam, gruyere and a sunny side egg grilled cheese. This one might seem like a weird combo but trust me, it’s delicious. 

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients

  • This is Stonewall kitchen spicy chili bacon jam
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • A handful of grated gruyere cheese
  • Bread of choice
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Add jam to bread and grate cheese on both pieces of bread. Add foil to a baking sheet and add bread slices. Bake for about 5 min or until cheese is melted.
  • Add butter to pan and let melt and add egg. Season with salt and pepper and cook to desired liking. Add egg to bread & enjoy!
