Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Smoked salmon
  • Pomegranate
  • A few sprigs of dill

The Creamy Goat Cheese Spread:

  • 6 oz goat cheese I used an herb goat cheese
  • 1 heaping tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients for the goat cheese spread. Blend until smooth. Season to taste.
  • Coat crostinis in olive oil and cook in a skillet for 2-3 min per side.
  • Add spread to crostinis, a slice of smoked salmon, a few pomegranate seed. Garnish with a little sprig of dill. Enjoy!
