Smoked Salmon Holiday Crostinis
Ingredients
- Baguette
- Smoked salmon
- Pomegranate
- A few sprigs of dill
The Creamy Goat Cheese Spread:
- 6 oz goat cheese I used an herb goat cheese
- 1 heaping tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 3 tbsp capers
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients for the goat cheese spread. Blend until smooth. Season to taste.
- Coat crostinis in olive oil and cook in a skillet for 2-3 min per side.
- Add spread to crostinis, a slice of smoked salmon, a few pomegranate seed. Garnish with a little sprig of dill. Enjoy!
