This Ricotta and Smoked Salmon Tinfish Tomato Toast an easy, high protein lunch idea that comes together in less than 10 minutes.

Ricotta and Smoked Salmon Tinfish Tomato Toast is a simple yet luxurious combination that delivers big flavor with minimal effort. Creamy ricotta forms the base, topped with juicy sliced tomatoes and rich, smoky salmon straight from a tin. Using Fishwife tinfish—my go-to for quality and taste—means you get tender, perfectly seasoned salmon every time, making this toast feel fresh and special without any extra prep.
The balance of flavors is what makes it shine: the ricotta’s mild creaminess, the salmon’s smoky depth, and the tomatoes’ bright acidity all come together on a hearty slice of toast. A sprinkle of flaky sea salt or fresh herbs takes it over the top, making it perfect for an easy lunch, quick appetizer, or elevated snack. It’s proof that great ingredients do all the heavy lifting.
My go to tinfish is always Fishwife. Definitely check them out, they have lots of different options!
