Provolone Turkey Melt

A Provolone Turkey Melt is already a comfort food favorite, but swapping in melty provolone takes it to another level. The cheese’s mild sharpness pairs beautifully with tender slices of turkey, all pressed together on golden, toasty bread until warm and gooey. It’s hearty, cheesy, and perfectly crisp on the outside—everything you want in a melt.

Provolone turkey melt gets an extra boost from the pickly mayo, a tangy spread that cuts through the richness with just the right amount of brightness. Made with briny, chopped pickles mixed into creamy mayo, it adds zip and crunch in every bite. Together, the provolone, turkey, and pickly mayo create a balanced melt that’s bold, comforting, and totally irresistible.
