Feta bites with everything bagel seasoning and hot honey

These little feta bites are the perfect snack or appetizer.

The Deets

These crispy feta bites are the perfect combination of savory and sweet, with a flavorful twist from everything bagel seasoning and a touch of heat from hot honey. They are so quick and easy to make. The perfect little snack! You’ll start by slicing a block of feta into bite-sized cubes, then dip each cube in a smooth egg wash, followed by a panko and everything bagel seasoning mixture. The panko gives them a delightful crunch, while the seasoning adds a burst of flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy feta inside.

Once coated, the feta cubes are fried until golden brown, with each side seared for about three minutes to achieve that crispy exterior. After frying, drizzle the bites with hot honey for a sweet and spicy finish that elevates the dish. The result is a bite-sized snack that’s crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and bursting with savory, spicy goodness. Perfect for appetizers, snacking, or serving at your next gathering!
