Ingredients

  • Bread of choice
  • Blue cheese
  • Hot honey prosciutto
  • Ripe pear

Instructions

  • Coat bread in olive oil and add to a skillet for 2-3 min per side.
  • Spread blue cheese onto toast and top with sliced pears and prosciutto. Drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
