BBQ Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto & Balsamic are the perfect sweet-and-savory bite for summer. Grilling the peaches brings out their natural juiciness and caramelizes the edges, adding a smoky depth that pairs beautifully with the salty, delicate prosciutto. Once wrapped, each peach slice becomes a warm, tender bite with just the right balance of richness and freshness.

A final drizzle of balsamic glaze ties everything together with a tangy sweetness that cuts through the fat and enhances the fruit’s flavor. These are elegant enough for entertaining but simple enough to throw together for a laid-back cookout. Serve them as an appetizer, side, or even a light dessert—they’re guaranteed to disappear fast.

BBQ Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto & Balsamic

These BBQ Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto & Balsamic are the best summertime party appetizer and have only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • peaches
  • olive oil or melted butter
  • prosciutto
  • balsamic glaze
  • basil

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 450+ . You really want the grill to be super hot before you add your peaches.
  • Slice peaches in half. The two halves should easily separate. Using a spoon scoop out the pit of the peach. Alternatively, you could use a paring knife.
  • Brush the peach halves with melted butter or olive oil and add flat side down to the grill. Cook for about 1-2 min and remove. The peaches should be very ripe already so really don't need a lot of time on the grill.
  • Transfer to a plate. Slice in half and wrap in a slice of prosciutto. Add them all to a large plate and drizzle everything with balsamic glaze. Top with fresh chopped basil. Enjoy!
