This breakfast sandwich has all eggs, ham, cheddar and a drizzle of maple syrup all on a scooped out everything bagel.

The Deets
Eggs, ham, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of maple syrup on a scooped-out everything bagel—this is one of my all-time favorite breakfast sandwiches from Bartlett’s Farm, and I knew I had to recreate it at home. There’s something about that perfect balance of flavors, from the savoriness of the ham and everything bagel to the sweet hint of maple syrup, that makes it completely irresistible. I’m usually pretty picky with ham (shoutout to my fellow Taylor ham fans!), but this particular combo hits all the right notes. Plus, the melted cheddar just adds that rich, creamy texture that ties everything together. The drizzle of maple syrup is just so good. Scroll for the full recipe below so you can try this deliciously sweet and savory creation at home. It’s a perfect morning pick-me-up, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! This is the perfect Sunday morning breakfast when you’re feeling like you need something hearty. Let me know what you think in the comments and be sure to check out all of my breakfast recipes here!
