Eggs, Ham, Cheddar Bagel Sandwich with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • Bagel
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of ham
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • A few tbsp of butter

Instructions 

  • Add butter to a skillet and add 2 slices of ham. Cook for about 3 min or until nicely browned and crispy. Flip and crack 2 eggs over top. Add grated cheese. Cook for about 5 min or until egg is fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Scoop out bagel and toast. Add eggs & ham. Drizzle syrup over top and enjoy!
