These quick and easy apple crostinis make for a great fall appetizer!

The Deets
So excited for appetizer season: kicking off with these cinnamon butter & hot honey apple crostinis with creamy goat cheese (bijou to be exact) and pomegranate. These crostinis are a melt in your mouth treat and SO easy to make. Gather your ingredients, which includes a freshly baked baguette, ripe pomegranate, a crisp apple, fragrant cinnamon, honey (opt for the fiery kick of hot honey, though regular honey works just as well) some butter, and of course the indulgent Vermont Creamery Bijou Cheese. My favorite part about this recipe is cooking the apple slices and then pouring honey right into the pan. They get coated in a sugary goodness. Then pairing the honey apple with a creamy cheese compliments these ingredients so well. Crostinis are a personal favorite of mine, not only for their irresistibly crunchy texture but also for their versatility. They’re always such a crowd pleaser and you can get really creative with them by adding your favorite ingredients. If you loved these, check out my other crostini recipes here! These little toasts will sure to jazz up the app table at your next fall party. Happy weekend!
