Pomegranate & Prosciutto Crostini with Ricotta

This easy pomegranate & pistachio crostini with ricotta and prosciutto is creamy and delicious!

These Pomegranate & Prosciutto Crostinis with Ricotta are the kind of holiday appetizer that looks just as festive as it tastes. Creamy ricotta is spread over crisp, golden crostinis, then layered with silky prosciutto, sweet-tart pomegranate seeds, and a generous sprinkle of chopped pistachios for color and crunch.

The balance of flavors—salty, creamy, juicy, and nutty—makes every bite feel indulgent yet fresh. They come together quickly but feel special enough for any holiday table, whether you’re hosting a crowd or bringing a dish to share.
