This easy pomegranate & pistachio crostini with ricotta and prosciutto is creamy and delicious!

The Deets

Here’s another delicious holiday appetizer idea! This crostini for your holiday table includes just a few ingredients. So gather your french baguette, pomegranates, pistachios, ricotta and prosciutto 😍. When you mix up your pomegranate and pistachio in a pan, try adding some hot honey and olive oil for a little extra sweetness. I love using a French baguette for my crostinis, so that’s my recommendation for the perfect bread to use for this dish. It’s crispy outside and soft inside makes for the best base for all the flavorful toppings. You can purchase hot honey or make your own like from this easy recipe! The combination of the crunchy baguette, creamy ricotta, savory prosciutto, and the burst of sweetness from the pomegranate seeds and hot honey is just irresistible! Once you assemble your crostinis, drizzle more hot honey adding a touch of sweetness and heat that perfectly complements the other ingredients.
