Chili Bacon Jam, Gruyere Grilled Cheese with a Sunny Side Egg
Ingredients
- This is Stonewall kitchen spicy chili bacon jam
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- A handful of grated gruyere cheese
- Bread of choice
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Add jam to bread and grate cheese on both pieces of bread. Add foil to a baking sheet and add bread slices. Bake for about 5 min or until cheese is melted.
- Add butter to pan and let melt and add egg. Season with salt and pepper and cook to desired liking. Add egg to bread & enjoy!
