Viral Crispy Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

This crispy croissant breakfast sandwich is the ultimate brunch meal.

The Deets

This is a take on the viral crispy croissant breakfast sandwich with sriracha aioli, bacon, eggs, and a hash brown. This was my first time trying this viral croissant hack, and it did not disappoint. It’s fun and satisfying to make – especially rolling the croissant into a flattened bread. It gives this breakfast sandy a delicious, buttery, and flakey crunch! You’ll scramble up your eggs and cook up bacon before loading up the sandy. I added a hashbrown for a little extra something to this, which I highly recommend!! I used a sriracha aioli for an added kick. You can make your own or use one of my favorites, like Stonewall Kitchen. This breakfast sandy is a treat — whip it up for the whole fam or enjoy it solo on a Sunday morning. It’s so tasy and I can’t say enough good things! You could have a lot of fun with this, like by changing the ingredients and turning it into a lunch sandwich. I can only imagine adding cheese to this would a be 10/10.
