Ingredients

The creamy dressing:

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1/3 cup pickled banana rings
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded

The rest:

  • Handful of black olives, slices
  • 1/2 an avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey
  • Red onion
  • Cheddar
  • Heirloom tomato
  • Sesame hoagie roll

Instructions

  • In a large bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients. Once combined, season to taste and then add in lettuce.
  • Slice roll and toast. Add turkey, avocado, cheddar, olives, red onion, tomato and creamy lettuce. Thats it! Enjoy!
