
Here is one of my go to easy reset breakfast ideas: 5-minute shakshuka.
One caveat: real shakshuka takes a lot longer and it’s much more complex, but this one is really delicious and a fast, filling recipe. I hope you give it a try!

5 Minute Shakshuka
Ingredients
- Chickpeas
- 1 egg
- Crispy bread
- Raos arrabiata sauce
- Salt/pepper/evo
- (Any other spices you want to add)
- parmesan
Instructions
- On low, heat arrabiata sauce until warm. Add in chickpeas (you could also add some spinach or greens)
- While that’s heating up, poach an egg.
- Toast some bread and then pour arrabiata chickpeas into a bowl. Top with poached egg and then grate parmesan on top. Eat with the toast.Enjoy!
