This is the quickest and easiest way to make Shakshuka when you’re craving it!

The Deets:
Here’s one of my go-to easy reset breakfast ideas: 5-minute shakshuka! This dish is incredibly simple to make, yet so flavorful and satisfying—it feels like a treat while being super wholesome. For the base, I used a can of Rao’s arrabiata sauce, which has such a rich, delicious flavor. To bulk it up and add some extra protein and texture, I tossed in some chickpeas. Then, I poached an egg and gently nestled it into the warm, simmering sauce until it was perfectly cooked. Finally, I toasted up a slice of sourdough bread for dipping, which is absolutely essential to soak up all that incredible sauce. It’s a quick, comforting meal that’s perfect for busy mornings or when you’re craving something nourishing and effortless. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed! One caveat: real shakshuka takes a lot longer and it’s much more complex, but this one is really delicious and a fast, filling recipe. I hope you give it a try!
