Preheat oven to 400.
Toast 2 slices of bread on one side in an oil coated medium skillet for about 3 min. Remove and add aioli, turkey, cheddar, avocado, sliced apples to the toasted side. I like to toast both sides of my bread, but you could easily skip this step if you want.
Add sandwich to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 5 min or until the cheese is melted.
Meanwhile add fresh cleaned arugula to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Give it a nice toss and add to turkey melt. Close and cut sandwich, and enjoy!
