Heat a deep pot with water and when it comes to a boil, carefully add eggs in. Cook for anywhere from 6-7 min for a jammy egg.
While eggs are cooking, prep a bowl with ice water and dunk the eggs in when they’re done cooking. When cool enough to touch, peel eggs.
Add everything bagel seasoning to a plate. Roll egg in seasoning until full coated.
Coat bread in olive oil and cook for 2-3 min on medium heat.
Meanwhile, combine dill, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add to toast. Slice avocado and radish. Start adding all your ingredients to your toast staring with the dill yogurt spread. Then add radish slices, followed by smoked salmon, and then avocado slices. Top with everything bagel jammy egg. Enjoy!
