Preheat oven to 425. Wash and chop ends of radishes.
Add thyme and balsamic to softened goat cheese and form into balls. Coat in breadcrumbs.
Make dressing for radishes by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dijon, flaky sea salt and pepper. Coat radishes with dressing and add to a skillet.
Roast radishes for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove from oven and move radishes over to make room for the goat cheese patties. Bake for another 10-12 minutes. Top with chopped scallions and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
