Slice and season the tomatoes: Slice tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes. See aside while you make everything else.
Make the brown butter lobster: Melt butter on low heat, stirring often. After a few minutes the butter will start to foam and smell like caramelization. Once it starts to brown, add lobtster and season with salt and pepper.
Cook lobster in 2 tbsp of the butter on low for about 4-5 minutes, just to get it nice, warmed and combined.
Cook the bacon: Cook strips of bacon in a pan on medium heat about 3-4 min per side or to your desired crispiness.
Make mayo: Combine mayo, crème fraîche, tarragon, lemon juice, dijon, salt and pepper in a bowl and season to taste.
Toast and assemble: Toast ciabatta loaf, add mayo, arugula, tomato, bacon and buttery lobster. Close sandwich and enjoy!
