Slice halloumi and add to pan. You can add a drizzle of olive oil if you want, but they also can cook without any oil. Cook on medium heat for about 2-3 min per side or until the cheese is browned. Remove and set aside.
Using a vegetable slicer, slice the cucumbers into thin strips. Combine in a bowl with sliced jalapeño and radish. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze half a lime over top. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Make the creamy avocado crema by combining avocado, sour cream, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth and combined. Season to taste.
Slice the ends of the Florida Grapefruit. Using a small knife, supreme the grapefruit, discarding the membrane.
In a pan or in the oven, heat tortillas so they are warmed. Add crema to each taco, followed by a few slices of halloumi, Florida Grapefruit and the cucumber slaw. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
