Ingredients
1lbGreen beans
The vinaigrette
1tbspWhole grain dijon mustard
1/2cupEVOO
2tbspRed wine vinegar
Handful of chopped dill
1clovegarlic, minced
1tbsphoney (hot or regular)
Instructions
Slice green beans and steam for about 3 min. When the green beans are sliced this way they don't take as long to cook and you want to make sure they’re still crunchy and not overcooked.
Make your vinaigrette and pour over green beans. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
