Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet and then add slices of prosciutto. Coat in olive oil and sprinkle with the cayenne sugar. Bake for about 5-8 min or until prosciutto starts to crisp. Keep an eye out so you don't burn the sugar.
Add butter to a small pan and then add your sage. Cook for a few minutes until crispy.
Coat bread in olive oil and cook for 2-3 min per side. Spread farmers cheese on top. Add candied prosciutto and sage. Enjoy!
