Apple and hot honey burrata toast

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Olive oil for toasting
  • 1/4 of a ball of burrata (depending on how big the ball is)
  • 1/2 of a sliced apple (I believe this is a honey crisp)
  • 4-5 hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • Drizzle of hot honey

Instructions

  • Coat bread evenly with olive oil and toast 2-3min per side on medium heat in a skillet.
  • Spread burrata on bread and then top with sliced apple, hazelnuts and hot honey. Enjoy!
