Apple and hot honey burrata toast

Ingredients

Sourdough bread
▢
Olive oil for toasting
▢
1/4
of a ball of burrata
(depending on how big the ball is)
▢
1/2
of a sliced apple
(I believe this is a honey crisp)
▢
4-5
hazelnuts, roughly chopped
▢
Drizzle of hot honey
Instructions
Coat bread evenly with olive oil and toast 2-3min per side on medium heat in a skillet.
Spread burrata on bread and then top with sliced apple, hazelnuts and hot honey. Enjoy!
