Crab & sweet tomato crostinis with a tarragon creme fraiche.

These easy crab & sweet tomato crostinis are perfect for your next holiday party!

The Deets

This holiday appetizer is another one of my favorites! Try this delicious crostini idea for your holiday table: crab and sweet tomato crostinis with a tarragon creme fraiche. What you’ll need for these crostinis is jumbo lump crab meat, creme fraiche, tarragon, lemon, tomatoes, red onion and a French baguette (of course!) to layer everything on. I partnered with Pure Flavor to use their Cloud 9® tomatoes to give these a little sweetness and of course some color on the plate! The Cloud 9® tomatoes are hand-picked by their family of growers, and are of top quality grown in a greenhouse! Once the crostini bases are ready, generously spread each one with the tarragon creme fraiche mixture, creating a yummy foundation for the star ingredient: the jumbo lump crab meat! The crab meat combined with the sweet tomato adds the perfect bit of sweetness to this tasty toast. I love how bright and flavorful this crostini is and I hope you enjoy it, too! Whether you’re hosting a holiday party or simply looking for a quick app, these crostinis are the perfect choice to kick off your holiday celebrations.
