Melty brie, bacon and green apple toast
Ingredients
- 1 Slice sourdough bread
- 4 Slices of brie or another creamy cheese
- 2 Slices of bacon
- 1/2 Granny Smith Apple
Instructions
- Set oven to broil. Slice brie and add to bread. Broil for about 3-4 minutes or until cheese is browned an melty.
- Meanwhile, add bacon to pan on medium heat and cook until desired crispiness. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Slice paples and add bacon and apple to toast. Enjoy!
