This recipe is as simple as it is delicious, and it’s one of my go-to’s for the holidays—or really any festive occasion. Meet my melty brie, bacon, and green apple toasts. The combination of creamy brie, crispy bacon, and tart green apple is just so good, you’ll want to make this over and over again. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and savory. It’s super easy to make and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients.

This toast also works great as a holiday crostini if you’re looking for a quick, crowd-pleasing appetizer. You truly can’t go wrong with brie, apple, and bacon combo. Just slice it into smaller pieces, and you’ve got a fancy little bite-sized treat that’s sure to impress. For the bread, I went with homemade sourdough because it adds that extra touch of flavor and texture, but honestly, use whatever you have on hand. Whether you’re making it for a party or just treating yourself, this recipe is simple, cozy, and absolutely delicious. Let me know what you think in the comments if you make this! Happy holidays!
