This mango avocado salad is the perfect spring salad recipe.

The Deets
This vibrant and refreshing salad is one of my all-time favorites and always gets me excited for the arrival of spring. It’s a mango and avocado salad, paired with a bold and zesty cayenne lime dressing that takes it to the next level. The combination of juicy, sweet mango and creamy avocado creates a perfect harmony, while the dressing delivers the ideal balance of salt, fat, acid, and heat. With just the right amount of kick from the cayenne, the lime adds a bright, tangy punch that ties all the flavors together beautifully. It’s a celebration of fresh ingredients and bold flavors, making it a go-to dish for the season. It comes together so quickly – no cooking is involved so it’s great if you’re pressed for time and uses just a few ingredients. Make this for your next lunch or a side salad at a dinner party. Your guests will surely be impressed and love how refreshing it is. If you enjoyed this recipe, check out more of my salads here! Let me know what you think in the comments if you make this.
